Refund Policy

All digital product purchases (audio component packs, starter kits, configuration bundles) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

This is standard practice for digital goods — once you’ve received access to the files, the sale is final.

Before you buy:

  • Read the full product description and technical requirements
  • Check browser/platform compatibility
  • Review the included features list

If you experience a technical issue with a product that prevents it from working as described, contact me and I’ll work with you to resolve it. If I can’t fix the issue, I’ll issue a full refund.

If you’ve paid a deposit or consultation fee and decide not to proceed before any work has started, you’ll receive a full refund of the deposit.

For active projects:

  • Work completed to date is non-refundable — you keep all deliverables produced so far
  • Remaining balance for unstarted work will be refunded in full
  • A clear summary of completed vs. remaining work will be provided

Once a project has been delivered and accepted, the payment is final. Post-delivery support and reasonable adjustments are included as described in the project scope.

  1. Email joel@joellof.com with your order details
  2. Include your Stripe receipt or order number
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

If you’re purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, for digital content delivered immediately (with your consent), this right is waived upon delivery — consistent with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

By completing a digital product purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

If you have any questions about this policy or need help with a purchase, get in touch. I’m happy to help.
